Exporting Your Video

I exported my video as a Quick Time file as this is a format that is very commonly used and is free to download (http://support.apple.com/downloads/#quicktime)  and so this is the reasoning for doing this it is also a very good file type for compressing the file and so you do not get this huge file that you then want to upload to YouTube and have take a lifetime to upload.
